“Sehr angenehm”
The staff and owner were super friendly! Breakfast was excellent and lovingly prepared. We had a garden‑view room with beautiful scenery and plenty of privacy. Overall, a very pleasant stay!
“Nooit meer!”
The setting in nature was great, though the road to get there was very bad. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. However, because the place is on a farm, the access road is terrible. At arrival a sign on the door told guests to remove shoes, which makes sense to avoid muddying the guesthouse, but it’s inconvenient for getting luggage in and out of the car. The room had a tiny bathroom with a shower curtain and no shampoo; there were two separate taps for hot and cold water that had to be mixed (80s style). The underfloor heating didn’t work everywhere, and where it did, it was almost scorching. The beds were low‑quality and sagged. There were no outlets in the room except one in the bathroom, which is a problem after a full day of photo‑shooting and sharing phones among several people – everything had to be charged in the common area. By the end of our stay, the entire property had no water. Breakfast was minimal, despite the friendly host quickly refilling it. Wi‑Fi was only available in the common area, not in the room, which was annoying if you needed to check work the next day.
The cabin is in a picturesque location. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is tasty, and the cabin is clean. I definitely recommend it!
The breakfast was decent but not very varied, and the lady had two cute dogs. The floor heating worked and the room was cozy. The front door didn’t lock properly and stayed open. Reaching the guesthouse required a 10‑minute drive on an unpaved road.
Surrounded by nature, the staff were extremely kind and the breakfast was good. The furnishings were a bit dated.
