Marianna, the kindest lady, welcomed us and hosted us. We had an unforgettable time with her in this sweet house on top of the hill—it was definitely worth the walk up! We arrived by public transport in Eliki and had to walk up the hill. Since we’re both fit and traveling with backpacks, it was fine, but we wouldn’t recommend it to travelers with suitcases.

The spot was perfectly quiet, the location fantastic, and the lady was incredibly kind; the room itself was outstanding. Everything else was just fine.

The calm was a highlight, but the place felt unsafe: the gates were open, and at night you could feel that you weren’t protected. There were hair strands on the sheets and spiders on the windows.
