Nice hotel right in the city centre.

Breakfast was excellent, the staff were pleasant and the surroundings were great, but the only thing we didn’t like was the bed: it was supposed to be a double bed, yet it was actually two beds pushed together with separate mattresses, so my partner and I fell into the gap between them.

“Bardzo średni hotel w pięknym miasteczku”

The location is great, the restaurant staff are polite, friendly, and professional, breakfast was average but nobody left hungry, but the room was only moderately clean—especially the fridge wasn’t cleaned, still containing spoiled food from previous guests that gave the room an unpleasant smell, the bedside lamp and TV didn’t work, and when we reported it to staff there was a complete lack of response throughout our stay, leaving us feeling ignored.

A beautiful hotel with a clean room, friendly and helpful staff. The window looked straight onto the square, giving a romantic feel, and the breakfast was excellent. The mattress was too soft and the bed creaked, which was a bit annoying. We were surprised to learn that parking directly in front of the hotel was impossible, something we didn’t see on Booking; the hotel’s website later clarified this. Thankfully the understanding staff sorted everything out.

The location is good and the food is tasty, but the room was poorly cleaned, with a lot of dust and a dirty floor.
