“Great would stay here again”
Great. Close to the beech and pier
“If I come back to Yarmouth I'll certainly book there”
Everything was clean, tidy, quiet and relaxed, making for a truly enjoyable stay that I would recommend to anyone heading to Yarmouth.
“Friendly warm and inviting”
The location was great for our theatre night, and Anita was extremely welcoming and friendly; we’ll definitely return. The bed was a little uncomfortable, but I’m a very fussy sleeper, so that’s my constant issue.
“Staff were really friendly and helpful”
I stayed in a clean room with modern decor and a good shower that offered nice views, but I had to bring my own shower mat and the bed could use an upgrade.
“Shocking hotel. Avoid”
The location was fine, but the hotel was shocking: upon arrival a police officer was speaking to two people inside, which should have been an immediate red flag after a 120‑mile trip. The police officer stuck his head around the door to look at me and my daughter, apologized, and left. The room door was propped open and the lock was loose. After heading to the sea front for dinner, we returned to find constant shouting from the next room, with the occupants banging their door every 5 minutes, knocking, and letting a fire door slam shut repeatedly until 3:30 am. I called reception, but the number didn’t work, and customer service told me nothing could be done and that I should leave the room and find someone at reception. At 3:30 am, while a mad man roamed the halls, I couldn’t sleep at all. At 8 am I tried again, rang the buzzer, but no one answered. I called customer service again, told them we were leaving because we didn’t feel safe and hadn’t slept a wink. This was honestly the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at; all the money we paid was wasted. Avoid it like the plague if you value your sleep and safety.
