The living room was fine. Strong cat urine smell when entering the building. Dog barking and rooster crowing made it impossible to rest.

It was an apartment with all services except a iron. Phone reception was bad but that’s beyond the host’s control. In the end we would have liked more communication with the host because we had an itinerary issue. However we understand that his decision was correct.
The spot was great, super quiet, and the host was wonderfully welcoming.

The living room was fine. No water daily from 19:00 until the morning. Checking in after a long trip and not being able to shower, or returning from a full day excursion and the same situation, was very depressing. They entered during our absence and missing items were left.
I arrived in Cusco and asked for the address and directions, but they never sent them; instead they demanded a Yape transfer of 50 soles. I’m not sure if it was legit or a scam, but that’s how it went.
