Everything was perfect; I will book again.
“It was clean, close to campus and a parking garage. Shops and restaurants are close by.”

The bed was comfortable, but there weren't enough pillows and the room didn't feel very clean. The pull‑out sofa bed was absolutely disgusting, with barely any sheets or blankets and no pillow, and overall the room seemed unclean.
“Disappointing first room, but staff did accommodate a change”
The first room had a mildew odor, a very loud AC, and sheets that smelled oddly sweet; after I asked for a change, the second room was much better, yet the front desk staff were still indifferent and only did the minimum. There are definitely better options nearby.
The location was good, but the room smelled damp and musty, the coffee and breakfast were terrible, the bathroom floor and entry were very slippery, and it wasn't worth the price.
