“Poorly designed rooms”

​Dining & Service: The highlights of our stay were definitely the dining room team and the food quality. Jagendra and Dinesh, along with the entire restaurant staff, provided exceptional service—attentive, courteous, and warm. ​Food Quality: The food tasted great throughout our stay, though expanding the menu selection with a few more options would make it even better. ​Room Design & Comfort: We booked a Junior suite expecting a proper living area, but the room interior felt poorly designed and almost unfinished. For a suite, having only a single one-seater sofa with no proper seating arrangement was very disappointing. ​Reception Service: Unlike the restaurant team, the front desk and reception staff were not particularly courteous or welcoming, which left a poor first impression during check-in and check-out

“Excellent Service. Great food. Nice property.”

Nice location and well maintained. Staff were extremely friendly and they took good care of us. We visited during the rainy season and the rooms and bathrooms smelled of mold.

“A very nice place”

The location is wonderful, almost inside the jungle. The property is well maintained and pretty large. It feels nice to walk around in the evening. In the evenings the team sets up different gaming options so the kids have a good time. Even for the safari the vehicles come to the resort to pick up and the restaurant packs breakfast even at 4:30 AM, I was very impressed by that. Somehow our stomach did not agree with the food. We all had some stomach issues and that was the only downside we had with the place. Since it is away from habitation, to get any essentials like medicine you will need to go 5 to 6 kms till Khawasa
