The hotel's spacious rooms and large living area were definite highlights, but unfortunately, the breakfast was a letdown. The pool area's surroundings were also a bit of a disappointment. On the plus side, the staff were friendly and helpful when I checked in late. However, the bed was a major issue - it was extremely uncomfortable without a mattress topper, which made for a pretty poor night's sleep.

The staff here were super friendly and helpful, which made a big difference to our stay. However, we were really disappointed to find out that they don't allow dogs, which was a major deal-breaker for us.
