The setting is beautiful and relaxed right in the middle of busy central Florence, and the location is great. For guests staying long, the menu could offer more variety beyond five days.

The location is excellent! The hotel is very pleasant, with extremely welcoming and smiling staff. The spa is included and accessible to everyone, and the room was always very clean with good bedding.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The garden area was very chill, and you didn’t feel like you were in a city hotel at all. I’ll definitely recommend it. Nothing negative.

It’s the second time we’ve stayed here and it’s perfect for us. The location is great, the rooms are beautiful and clean, and the beds are very comfortable. The outdoor area with the pool is lovely to sit or lie around, and breakfast can be had inside or out. We didn’t dislike anything about the property.
