The reception and staff were very courteous, and from the restaurant terrace you could enjoy a stunning view of the castle; the location is great, close to the Aveyron, and parking is easy. For us, this was exactly what we wanted for a two‑night stay.

The hotel sits nicely near the town, though not inside it, and getting there is a breeze. From the rooms you get lovely views of the castle, and the staff treated us perfectly, even though we didn’t speak Spanish and they still tried to communicate in English. A small fridge in the room made no noise at all. The furniture looks a bit worn and would benefit from a makeover; a little more shower cleaning and a better‑draining shower head would help.

The spot is amazing, the place is clean, and the staff were very welcoming. The building is tired and needs a facelift, especially around the pool area.
