The hotel sits right in front of the beach, and the pool is pleasant. The breakfast staff were not very helpful, and other guests with dogs were barking and annoying, but the hotel resolved it quickly. The beach restaurant announced a pizza night, but shortly after starting, they said they would no longer serve pizza.

The hotel grounds are gorgeous, the beach is great and the pool is nice too. Breakfast is really good, with excellent coffee, omelette, fruit, sausage, cheese and orange juice. The hotel itself had almost no staff. The evening restaurant was closed, so we had to take a taxi every day to eat. That was very inconvenient, especially when a bungalow next to ours in the compound was being painted outside, which was very loud – that’s not something you do when guests are around. We are good kite surfers, but the beach is too high in waves to go in, so we went to the lagoon, yet a taxi is still required.

Comfort, bed, towels and cleanliness are great. I think there should be an intercom or phone at reception; going out of the room to grab toilet paper at 22:00 is uncomfortable.

The hotel has a fantastic location, “feet on the sand”, right in front of the sea with a beautiful view and good ventilation. The apartment is spacious with a nice balcony for those staying on the ground floor or upper floor. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. I especially commend Mrs. Karine (receptionist) for treating guests with great courtesy and promptness. During mid‑week, the pool bar is closed, and if a guest brings a cooler with drinks and plastic cups to avoid breaking glass on the floor, they are still scolded harshly, even if they don’t consume anything. Simply approaching the pool triggers a warning and a fee notice. The warning is blunt and unnecessary. As a result, guests can’t enjoy anything even with children. There is no TV in the apartment and at night it’s a shame not to be able to watch movies for family entertainment.
