A tiny flat with great value, a kitchenette, a small sofa, some dishes, a kettle, coffee, fridge, and AC in the room—everything needed for a pleasant stay. Laundry facilities are available, and the owner is friendly, discreet, and very communicative via WhatsApp. A little shelter in the courtyard is nice for breakfast, and I highly recommend this place. On the downside, there’s no water tank above the toilet bowl, so you have to use a bucket. It’s a short walk from the city centre, but you need to take a wrong path; the location isn’t ideal.

Clean, great spot to catch a trike to 100 Islands or a bus to Patar Beach.
The spot is well‑situated, quiet and calm, with a lovely outdoor area to relax, especially if you plan to visit the 100 islands. It’s a bit dark inside during the day—little daylight gets in—but otherwise it’s a great place. I would have liked a kitchen trash can.
