“Хороший готель - не уважний персонал.”
The hotel’s location is fantastic. The rooms are clean, spacious, and decorated in pleasant tones. They’re warm, have mosquito nets on the windows, and hot water is available. The large private parking is a huge convenience for travelers like us with a big car and a roof rack. The hotel’s restaurant has a nice atmosphere and tasty dishes. The staff, however, were not attentive. Although the breakfast menu is varied and tasty, we couldn’t have a normal breakfast before leaving. Breakfast runs from 7:00 to 11:00, and we arrived at 9:30. Most of the dishes were empty, the food wasn’t restocked, the coffee machine never refilled milk during our entire breakfast, and there was no plain drinking water in the fountain. Dirty dishes were left on the table and not cleared. This ruined the mood and worsened the overall impression of the hotel and the pleasant dinner the night before.
