The location, cleanliness, and space were all excellent; everything was really good.
The location was great, and the owner was friendly, communicative, and considerate. The room was nice and clean. The hotel was hard to find; copying and pasting the address into Maps sent me to a different spot. After contacting the owner, I received a Google Maps link that directed us correctly. The air‑conditioning unit was very loud, starting in the middle of the night with banging noises like someone slamming a door, which startled me. It kept making that noise until I eventually turned it off.

The hotel is perfectly situated, not far from the train station (for a visit to Pompeii) or the port (Capri). The exterior of the building is covered in tags, which might be a bit confusing at first, but the room itself was stunning, air‑conditioned (wow), and the host was very warm. Thanks for a great stay.

The reception was super friendly, the décor tasteful, and the Palazzo itself impressive—everything is stylish and beautiful. The mattress was too firm for us, but that’s very subjective; we prefer a very soft feel.
