The spot was spot on for us. We could walk from the house to the Mostnika Gorge for a lovely hike, and free bikes let us reach the beautiful lake in minutes. Parking is usually charged everywhere around, so having a safe spot for the car was a big plus. Helena, who lives downstairs with her family, was friendly and told us about a local traditional event (we missed it, unfortunately). The kitchen was handy and the grocery shop and a restaurant (quite pricey) were close by. On the downside, the kitchen equipment was super old, disorganized, and full of useless stuff, including food ingredients. The shower was in a tiny separate room and worked well, but the curtain needs replacing. Remember the room is upstairs and the staircase is pretty narrow, especially when lugging luggage.

It’s in a fantastic spot! Spotless, simple accommodation, and the host is incredibly friendly and helpful.

Everything was perfect! The village itself was a hit, very quiet. By car you’re only 5 minutes from the lake.
