Everything was great! The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and very quiet. We felt very comfortable right in the heart of the old town. Parking at the Castello was also no problem. Will come back immediately!

The location was not honored. The place was inaccessible. Watch the video the host sent us to show how to get in. I filed a complaint on my Booking account and am waiting for you to contact me. I can't get the video into the “Complete your review with photos” section that the owner sent us to show the route. Frightening.
