The proximity to shows and shops was convenient. We waited for our dinner dish in vain, and the elevator wait was very long. A group of guests in the restaurant annoyed us and the staff did nothing to calm them down.

I thought the breakfast here was pretty good, and my room was okay - it did the job. However, I was a bit disappointed that there were no balconies or views to speak of - that's something I'd definitely consider when choosing a hotel.

We booked our stay and chose a Superior Double Room. The room was decent and had the necessary amenities. However, one inconvenience was that there was no mirror inside the room, only one in the bathroom, which was a bit uncomfortable. The breakfast spread was decent, and the check-in process was smooth. We had booked the room for three guests, but tea/coffee amenities were provided only for two, which could have been handled better. Overall, it’s a budget-friendly stay in Thekkady. Don’t expect luxury—just a simple and decent stay
