The room was clean and the building’s design made navigation easy, yet the window frame was partially broken, there was a wrinkle in the carpet, and the coffee in the room was below average.

The selection was sufficient, but there weren’t enough healthy options.

The room was quiet, but it was small.

We were well taken care of and enjoyed all the Bonvoy perks—thanks! Everything else was spot‑on: the location was perfect, service excellent, food tasty, and the Bonvoy benefits were great.

The room was modern and fully equipped, but the mattresses were too soft. The pool area was missing a hot tub, and the price felt far too high for what we received.
