“Decepció”

Good location. The place looks very run-down, the breakfast is very bad. They ask for cash and then don’t give you a receipt when you ask for one.

The staff were attentive. The air conditioning was portable, so the room window had to stay open and mosquitoes came in… terrible… I liked the small TV. Otherwise everything was fine.

The cat and the eight kittens. The staff were indifferent when we arrived, amid a complicated check‑in system. The toilet cistern had no water at 19:00; we reported it, but it was never fixed. The issue persisted 19 hours later when we left, even though the bathroom had been used many times. The owner, manager or maintenance person (I couldn’t tell who) did nothing, even acting rude. They refused to give a partial refund of 85,50 € for services not rendered and couldn’t provide the complaint forms when we asked. The whole place is a real joke.

“Hotel tranquilo pero, sin atención presencial. Habitaciones regulares.”

The peace and the common areas of the house were cozy. Breakfast was served with whatever was available. On one of the two days there was no milk and no one to ask for it. There is no reception, so you can’t get help on the spot. The room was full of holes, probably unfinished installation work. Dust and a very strong air freshener. We’re allergic and that wasn’t good. Cats were on all the armchairs, making it hard to use them peacefully for hygiene.

The surroundings were nice. The place was a bit neglected and decorated with little taste. The room and especially the bathroom were unpleasant.
