“A great value at convenient location.”

Convenient to Taj and the metro, well priced, with a handy veg restaurant on site and friendly staff. The only downsides were dated fixtures and a bit of hallway noise in my ground floor room.

The hotel's proximity to the Taj Mahal was a major plus, and I also appreciated the spacious bed. However, I was disappointed by the lack of housekeeping services during my stay.

“Staffs were helpful”

Our stay at this hotel was generally pleasant, with the highlight being our easy access to the Taj Mahal. However, we encountered some issues with the housekeeping and breakfast, which were not served on time on our first day. Despite these minor setbacks, we still managed to have a decent experience.

“Bed bugs / total scam with regards to fleecing me because i was early”

I recently had a terrible experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, I was bitten to pieces by bed bugs, and to make matters worse, the hotel staff fumigated the mattress and pillows while I was still in the room. I was also charged extra for a room that was standing empty, simply because I arrived early for check-in after a 39-hour train journey. The poor customer service left a lasting impression, and I won't be returning anytime soon.

I was initially impressed by the hotel's modern amenities, including its good Wi-Fi connection. However, my excitement was short-lived, as I soon discovered a rat in my room. The hotel staff took an inexcusable two hours to attend to the issue, and their request for me to check the bathroom from time to time and call them if I saw the rat was unprofessional. Needless to say, this experience left a bad taste in my mouth.
