The owners disappeared when I tried to retrieve my personal items.

“It's ok for a short stay, but pls do not ask any questions to the owners”

The apartment was cozy and pleasant, but getting in touch with the owners was a nightmare. We asked about the internet and only received a reply three days later, forcing us to rely on mobile data for more than half of our stay. The TV in our room didn’t work, and when we mentioned it, they didn’t bother to respond.

Golden Palm sits close to the train station, but the rooms are small.

The location is excellent, yet there is no window facing the outside. Also, the check‑out time was 10 am, but at 9:30 am the staff told us we had to leave or we would be charged for an extra night.

Zentral gelegen. Zimmer sehr klein ohne Fenster kleine Balkontüre aber alles war verstellt mit dreckiger Bettwäsche
