Breakfast offered a good variety and the food was tasty. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Wi‑Fi kept dropping, forcing us to register each time. No English‑language channels on TV. Getting there required navigating narrow streets with little signage; GPS guidance was essential if driving.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and the beds are very comfortable. The only two big issues I’ve had are the TV and the service charge. The TV is terrible for foreigners: it offers 34 channels but only 12 are active, all Thai with no foreign options, and there’s no access to YouTube or Netflix. I’ve stayed at three different hotels in Khon Kaen—PHU WIANG and Phu PHA Man—where all TVs were smart and offered both foreign and Thai channels. Additionally, the service charge and VAT for room service are high; a meal that cost 480 THB ended up on the receipt as 554 THB.

The accommodation was clean, the staff were quick and smiling, and the beds were very comfortable and quiet. The location was good, close to the Ton Tan market. The entrance is deep and narrow, but that actually makes the hotel very quiet.
