The staff were friendly and very helpful, but the only drawback was that we had to take two separate elevators to reach our room because of the building layout. That was a minor issue, and we still loved our stay.

The room was spacious and clean, and I absolutely loved the bathroom – it was very comfortable. The soundproofing was good, and the place felt safe and quiet, perfect for a solo female traveler. On the day we checked in it was raining, and the front desk staff lent us an umbrella and even helped call a taxi 🚕
