The staff were very friendly and helpful! The buffet was excellent with great variety. The place was very clean and the area was truly wonderful! I strongly recommend it. Everything was wonderful!

The facility was clean, rich in services and well organized. There are two pools: an indoor one (warm with a baby club) and an outdoor one; the SPA included in the price features a nice saltwater pool with various water jets and a jacuzzi (I think the sauna is also included but we didn’t try it). Paid services such as massages and treatments are slightly cheaper than in Europe. There are various relaxation zones and others for recreational activities, plus music and shows after dinner. The breakfast and dinner buffets are abundant and varied, the food is very good and carefully cooked. The private beach comes with a tuc tuc service, umbrellas and loungers included with the stay. The staff are truly kind and sunny, a special thanks to Hadil for being our courteous and efficient personal assistant. We had a small leak in the bathroom and although a maintenance person came right away to check it, the problem was not fully resolved. Probably because it was a long job to do, they waited until the room was empty.

Everything was perfect, yes.

The hotel’s architecture and outdoor areas are stunning, almost like stepping into La Alhambra, yet the entertainment system and drink selection at the bar leave something to be desired, and the place is plagued by flies and mosquitoes.
