The location was great and the food at the restaurant was lovely both in the morning and evening, but the room/suite felt damp and there was no heating in the room when we arrived.

I loved the vibe of the lounge, pub and restaurant 🌟, but was disappointed to discover our breakfast wasn’t included and felt the extra charge was excessive. The decor of the twin room in the cottage could do with a bit of TLC.

We felt very comfortable! The staff were truly friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and cozy. We did a Scotland tour and this was by far the best hotel; we’ll definitely come back!
