“Great place to stay”
The location is great. Shower pressure varies, but that's fine and depends on the person.

The setting is beautiful, right next to the fort in the heart of Nizwa.

The spot was spot‑on for getting a real feel of the city, but the split AC was a pain—hard to hit the right temperature, and a central unit would have been a game‑changer.
