What a wonderful hotel! It’s rare to find a place I liked so much. The resort caters to kids of any age, offers plenty of activities, a varied cuisine and even a children’s restaurant, plus beautiful pools with different zones, including one on the 15th floor. The family suite felt like a playroom. The sea was unlimited, the entry excellent, the water clean and gentle. The grounds were very well kept, large, green and spotless. Huge thanks to the staff member Anastasia; from her I learned more about China than I ever had before. She also pointed out hotel services we didn’t know about, like free laundry included in the room rate. Anastasia arranged orders, delivery and payment for interesting Chinese shop items and souvenirs at a tenth of the usual price. Throughout our stay and at checkout we received constant gifts and surprises from the hotel and Anastasia. We left completely delighted and will definitely return!

We enjoyed an amazing stay at the Crown Plaza; the hotel itself is beautiful, impeccably maintained, and offers a truly relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was absolutely sublime, with a great variety of western and Chinese options and excellent quality each morning. A special thank you to Anastasia, whose kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made our holiday unforgettable; she truly went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We also want to highlight the trainees, who worked incredibly hard and were always friendly and attentive to us and our baby. Thanks to the entire team, we lacked nothing during our stay—everything was taken care of to perfection. We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to come back.

Great service, many free benefits, and kid‑friendly. We had excellent service with our personal helper Anastasia. Nothing else to add.

The service quality was excellent, and the concierge Happy answered my questions patiently, usually replying instantly. Whatever service I asked for was provided promptly, so many thanks for the hotel’s premium service! The only thing missing was a bidet 😂😂.
