All of the accommodation and every staff member are 10/10. The service is unbeatable, with the Booking staff welcoming us and supporting us at every moment, as well as the hotel staff, including the cleaning crew who stand out for their exceptional work. The rooms are spectacular, as are the recreation facilities. Everything is super. I loved everything.

Great looking facilities and friendly staff, but the food was bad and anything outside the restaurants was poor quality.

The pools are fine but they close at 7:00 pm, so you can’t enjoy them fully. The smell from the sargasso is awful. I didn’t like the buffet food, the soft drinks are always flat, and the pre‑made drinks taste bad. They call every morning early to offer excursions, and it’s annoying when they ring the room early.

The room was spacious, had a nice balcony, and the bed was comfortable. The common outdoor areas could have been cleaner.
