The owners were friendly and professional, and the service was excellent, though the self‑serve coffee maker left some coffee in the morning unsatisfactory.

The staff member who greeted us was a terrible host, giving us a sour welcome and poor service; she charged an extra $400 for the child and then complained we were missing a towel even though we had three and left three behind. The pool was tiny and the rooms were cramped, making it a very bad choice for paid accommodation.

This was our fifth time we stayed here at Hotel Casa Chapala in the past 4 years and will continue to come. The staff are friendly and very accommodating!
