The only good thing was the central location, but the staff were absolutely rude and incompetent.

The front desk was closed from Saturday until the day of departure, the elevator was blocked so it couldn't be used during rush hour, and the stairwell had no lighting—definitely not recommended over the weekend.

The location was fine, but we arrived to a completely wrong room, which was swapped immediately, making it only half as bad; however, there was no water bottle, no coffee (even instant) or anything similar, which was disappointing. We had booked breakfast, which was supposed to run until 11 am, but we arrived at 9:30 and by 10 am there was hardly anything left; the buffet was quite generous, but scrambled or boiled eggs were only available on request because they had already run out.
