The pool and dart activities were great, but the cleanliness could have been better and smokers needed a designated area; the lobby opening hours were short and the ice opening times could have started earlier in the morning.

The hotel was very beautiful, stylish, and clean, with plenty of space for all guests. Walking to the sea takes 7‑10 minutes, or you can hop on a shuttle that runs very frequently. There are two large pools and a children's pool with toys and inflatable rings, which was a lifesaver for the kids. Service was outstanding, everyone was very friendly. The kitchen was tasty, and for the price, the food was amazing. The only downside was the sea view; unfortunately, there are large rocks that make it hard to walk with a child.

We booked through a website and reserved a room for two with clear price and conditions. Upon arrival, the reception claimed the booking was for one person and demanded an extra 400 €; we had to contact the Turkish office. After their representative spoke with the hotel, the mistake was corrected and the reservation was confirmed as correct. We lost almost the entire day resolving this, which ruined our mood from the start. It felt like the hotel expected us to pay whatever they asked. I think this is unacceptable for a hotel that claims to value good service and fairness. I advise future guests to double‑check their reservations and stand up for their rights. The food was tasty but repetitive each day, the beach was poorly maintained, cocktails were good, and the waiters and housekeeping were courteous, responsive, and professional. Unfortunately, due to the check‑in issues and the reception’s attitude, we cannot be fully satisfied with our stay. I appreciate the staff but the hotel’s organization and communication need serious improvement.

The place was stunningly clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was just perfect.

The new design looked nice and the food was pretty delicious, plus there was a shuttle to the beach. However, the reception’s attitude (except for a small Turkish lady) was off, the menu was repetitive, sound isolation was terrible, rooms weren’t cleaned well enough, and all windows and doors were always dirty. Cocktails were not tasty, the beach was far and the road was not nice, it was a small beach, and there was no Wi‑Fi. Photos online look better than reality. The F&B areas weren’t cleaned quickly, with many dirty dishes and glasses left around. We were offered a drink or a bottle of water only during one meal out of the week. Coffee was awful during meals, just a powder.
