Breakfast was fine. Cleanliness was completely absent, with beds stained by coffee and other spots. I sent photos and demanded a refund, but there was total silence. The booking number listed a phone number to call if needed, but when I called I got a voicemail saying the number was not in use. This is far too bad—never again Bjørnen!

Good central location, quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was decent and could be bought at a good price. The room was okay. Common areas were poorly cleaned, especially the small windowless kitchen. Kitchenware was lacking—no dish brush! I gave up on cooking and used only the microwave for ready‑to‑eat food.
