I usually stay there often and it was fine before, but suddenly they cancelled my reservation on the day I was supposed to check in. The AC wasn’t working, which I could live with, but when they tried to refund the money already taken from my credit card, that’s where the issue began. They said it wasn’t their problem and that I should ask for a refund elsewhere, which I don’t think is right; the staff who cancelled my booking should handle the refund. I emailed them, but nothing has happened yet and everyone remains silent 🥴

The location is easy to access, but the lobby is only welcoming and very clean, which feels a bit underwhelming.

The staff is friendly, the location is fine, and the room was clean, though it had a noticeable smoke smell. The shower water wasn’t hot, and the room is very noisy because it’s beside the highway.
