Everything was clean and the team were helpful, providing everything we needed; the internet was excellent and the hotel was generally tidy with a lovely forest view. However, construction noise was a nuisance and the food didn’t live up to expectations.

The staff were very accommodating, breakfast was great, and the rooms were spacious and clean.

Facade looks nice. Noise from the construction downstairs bothered our afternoon naps. Also the band & or music at the bar was very loud at night time when we’re trying to sleep; & we’re at the 4th floor; I wonder about those in the lower levels. Wi-Fi is on & off; don’t understand why “WiFi vouchers” are valid only for 2 days when we’re staying for 4 days; very inconvenient
