The room was modern and the staff friendly, but the shower didn’t drain and the bathroom nearly flooded. Breakfast was overcrowded and we didn’t bother with it because of the long queue, even though we paid. I paid for a larger room, yet it still felt tiny.

Rotimi handled our check‑in and was great—he offered us a glass of Prosecco on arrival. I’d booked a double bed by mistake, but actually needed two singles; Rotimi fixed that. The room was small but had everything we needed. We didn’t use the bar, restaurant, or pool because we ran out of time. There was nothing to dislike—being a Hilton, it meets the standard expectations.

The place is close to everything and the hotel and rooms are clean. The building itself is old and clearly renovated to become a hotel.
