“Regular”
The restaurant was friendly, the pool clean, parking ample, and the rooms spacious. When we arrived, the front desk guy didn’t attend to our already paid reservation right away and wouldn’t give us breakfast tickets; after sitting down to eat I had to stand up, go to a different front desk, and explain that I couldn’t have breakfast because something wasn’t provided… that was very rude. Leaving your partner alone waiting for breakfast is awful. The front desk’s attitude was terrible. The first impression of the hotel is the person at reception; the bell boy had a better attitude than the receptionist, showing who works for a client versus who just follows a schedule.
