The front‑desk guy was very friendly and kind, super helpful. Breakfast was good. Parking was available. The building is shabby, everything in the bathroom is broken and there's no hair dryer, it’s ripped from the wall. The sheets are acrylic, each one a different color and a thousand colors. The kitchen lacks utensils.

The location is great! Breakfast is good but limited. The bathroom cleaning… I asked for a bath mat and it never arrived.

All the owners were very kind and attentive to our needs, I’d like to say hello to Vittorio, Pietro and the lady whose name I unfortunately don’t know. As far as I’m concerned, nothing.

From the host’s courtesy before even arriving to discovering the property itself… this place is a tiny oasis just a short distance from the city centre. It has a private garden, a large reserved parking lot, a beautiful common area with glass walls, cozy rooms and excellent breakfast. In short, it’s a small haven of peace to retreat to.
