The place is great, especially the location, and the breakfast is solid.

“I have been in this hotel 5 years ago and it went downhill. Not staying anymore, not worth the money”

The location is fine, but the room was unclean, missing towels and pillows, and the sofa‑bed setup wasn’t provided; I had to ask downstairs for linens and a blanket that had holes, making it a basic experience for the family.

“We enjoyed how big the room was but the furniture needs to be replaced because seeing stains all over them made it uncom”

The hallway had a strong pee odor, and although we were on the dog floor, someone complained about our dog’s barking—though we never left him; there was also a cockroach in the bathroom, stains everywhere, and the room smelled like PetSmart.
