“Great spot for visiting Florence, hostes are amazing!”

The property sits in a central spot, making it easy to reach the station and explore Florence’s center—from museums to churches and trattorias. I can’t think of anything wrong.

“Would come back”

The room was very clean, spacious, and in a quiet apartment. The building is about 5 min from the cathedral, so you can walk to all the tourist spots. We could also leave our bags in the kitchen after checkout, which was super nice! The only drawback is that it’s in the center, so the street can get busy and loud at night.

The location was good. The facilities did not match the photos, although there was a room and a bathroom that did match. My room was not the one shown in the photo.

“Great location and helpful host”

We spent the last weekend of summer at this property in Florence. The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. The host communicated promptly and was helpful, even allowing us to check in earlier than expected, which we appreciated. We had a major issue with the air conditioning: even though outside temperatures hit 38 °C, the AC unit was locked at 27 °C, no matter what we set on the remote (even at 16–17 °C). Because of this restriction, we had to keep the AC running nonstop, including overnight, to keep the room bearable. This constant airflow gave me a bad cold after the trip. Limiting the AC to 27 °C during a heatwave is unacceptable and significantly impacted our stay. The bed was also a bit small and not very comfortable.
