The hotel's location was one of its strongest points – it was right in the heart of the action, and we loved being able to walk to all the local attractions.
The staff were super friendly and helpful, always willing to lend a hand or answer any questions I had.
The breakfast was top-notch - plenty of options to suit all tastes.

The hotel is in the city center, but it is very old.
It was appalling: we booked a room for five adults but got a room for four, the room was filthy with paint residue on the floor, the beds were warped and there was even a cockroach inside.
The room was bizarre; they told us we would be moved to a new place, but it was far from what I expected.
The spot was fantastic, but the hotel felt more like a place to crash and leave. The pool area had a bucket of cigarettes, which is totally unsuitable for small kids, and the bathroom smelled of mold and felt sub‑par.
The staff is lovely and the location is excellent, yet the place is filthy from the hallway leading to the room, the furniture is broken, the headboard is crooked, and overall it feels disgusting and unwelcoming—even though we paid in advance and fled to another hotel, the gap between the photos and reality is blatant deception.
