Overall the stay was fine, but the check‑in and key handover process needs work; guests shouldn’t have to tweak their travel plans to fit the host’s schedule, especially when flights are delayed or arrival times shift. I strongly suggest adding a coded key lock box (key safe) for self‑check‑in – it’s a simple, common fix that would make travel much easier. Apart from that, everything else was fine.
The staff were very friendly, the price was decent, but if you have a car the parking is a drawback.
