I found nothing to like here. The hotel was the worst I've ever stayed at; the room was filthy, looking cheap enough that police might raid. The pillow and bedsheet were also very dirty, so I strongly advise anyone to avoid this place.

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Raj Palace. The rooms were clean, well‑maintained, and comfortable. The staff were extremely polite, well‑behaved, and always ready to help. It’s an excellent hotel in Kolkata for families or friends, and I’d love to visit again.

I had a very good stay at Raj Palace Hotel; the hotel is clean, well‑maintained, and the rooms and bathrooms stay neat and tidy. The staff are polite, friendly, and always ready to help, providing excellent service throughout. The location is very convenient, close to City Centre 2, so I would highly recommend this hotel for its comfortable stay, great service, and pleasant atmosphere, and I’d love to stay here again in the future. No negatives.
