We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very spacious, clean, and extremely well equipped with everything we needed. The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring the area. The owner was very kind, friendly, and helpful. We felt very comfortable during our stay and would definitely recommend this place to others. We would be happy to come back!

The view of the Dolomites and the valley, the strategic location 10/15 minutes from Bolzano and at the foot of the Salto plateau, the comfort of the room, the in‑house restaurant/bar, the tranquility of San Genesio, the facilities of the property. Nothing, everything was perfect!

The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the terrace was fantastic. The staff were kind, and the location was convenient for trails and buses, especially with the free transport card offered. San Genesio turned out to be a nice discovery! There were no issues, though the early‑morning church bells could be annoying, especially on holidays, but they didn’t bother us at all.

The location is great and the view is amazing, and the host is lovely.

Food options were very limited because the kitchen was closed and the only choice was cakes. The place feels very remote and isolated; you’ll need a car to reach the center or rely on the bus.
