Honestly, everything was perfect! The hotel was so nice, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Everyone was welcoming and made us feel really comfortable throughout our stay. We genuinely enjoyed our time there and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Definitely a place I’d love to visit again! ❤️. Honestly, everything was great, and we have no complaints

Excellent stay as usual with an upgrade! Many thanks to Zina and Yasmina for fabulous support as well as Ahmed in the bar/restaurant and Mr. Wageh in Housekeeping for their very high standard of attentive service. The SIP team always make me feel at home. Noisy weddings! 😁

We arrived late and the repair staff were super friendly and helpful, nice room with a pool, super good spa, for breakfast you go to another hotel but the buffet was very tasty. We always come back because the secretaries always give us our room early and we don’t feel welcome, better to have a little more personal touch with everyone who knows we’re from there and not ask ten times.

The place is beautiful and the atmosphere is great. We were a bit late at the reception while they corrected some situations, but not too much.
