Clean, but the shared bathroom had no soap, the dispenser was empty, there were no power outlets in the room, and when I asked if I could check in 30 minutes early instead of the scheduled 16:00, I was told no.

A nice spot that took a bit of time to find, the room was very quiet—perfect for a night’s rest, and a kettle with tea, coffee and candy was provided. We had some trouble with the online check‑in, but the staff helped us remotely and were very responsive, which is a plus.

The spiral staircase that you have to climb to reach the room should be banned.

The rooms are not far from the centre, in a quiet and clean neighbourhood near Mercadona and a shopping centre; parking is below the centre. The accommodation is clean and well‑maintained except for the fridge. The bed was uncomfortable, the kettle’s cable doesn’t reach the outlet under the table so you have to boil water on the floor, and the freezer gets full of ice.

It was quiet enough, but I wish I’d known beforehand that a 19‑step spiral staircase drops right out of the room door; jet lag plus heavy luggage made that a real hassle.
