I liked that there is a kids’ play area with attractive games. What I didn’t like was the food service at the restaurants; the buffet was too basic and repetitive. I definitely won’t return to that hotel. There are better options with better value.

I honestly don’t recommend it if you’re looking for quality service. The facilities are decent (room), elevators (the ones that work) are in poor condition and the service isn’t good. Neither the service nor the quality of food and drinks was satisfactory. We had no accessibility for our stroller. The organization was poor and the staff were poorly trained. The entertainment was mediocre. It was very noisy, with people drilling all day for repairs.

The facilities were renovated and look amazing, the staff were very friendly, and the rooms smelled wonderfully scented and were very comfortable.

The staff are very friendly and strive to serve you excellently, plus the private beach and the security of the place. I paid through Booking and they didn’t want to give me my invoice; in the end they did but it was delayed.

The food and service. The location of the room.
