“Não vale o que custa”
It doesn’t live up to the price! Unfortunately, my experience was very bad. The reception showed a lack of preparation, the pool was unmaintained and untreated, there were no mats for guests, and the bathroom box had no door, so all the water soaked the room. Also, the restaurant told me they weren’t serving drinks at 17:30 h without any prior notice to guests. For the amount charged, I expected so much more. I don’t recommend it and would never choose it again.

Staff were friendly, room spotless, pool was amazing.

The staff were good, especially Mr. Ronaldo – helpful and attentive. But the main gate stayed open all day, even at night, and the reception was often empty. I saw room keys on the front desk for days with no one around. Cleaning was sloppy – after leaving my key for three days for a change of sheets, only the beds and towels were arranged, no new linens.
