Friendly staff at the front desk, room was clean and cozy just like the photos. But the location shown on the website turned out to be off – not what we expected. Overall, good people, but the place is a bit off the map.

Tried to check in, but the booking system was down and there were no available rooms to call about. Ended up stuck outside with no clear info. Frustrating experience.
