The staff were very attentive and friendly, the location was excellent, everything was great, and I would recommend it. The parking is a bit far, but that’s typical for most hotels in the city center.

The staff were always ready to help and the bed was comfortable. The sheets had lint on them, which was somewhat uncomfortable at night.

I would give it zero stars if I could. There was no parking, even though the website says there is! Parking was essential for me because my car had a huge dent worth several hundred thousand pesos, and they wouldn’t cancel my reservation or refund me; they treated me rudely. I don’t recommend it and will never stay there again. I had to pay for another hotel with parking.
