Dave at the front desk was a pleasure to work with and went the extra mile to help us get to the wedding we were attending; nothing else to add.

“Our stay was okay. We will not stay in a Hyatt facility again,”

The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room’s location outside was great for traveling with our pet, but the room lacked USB outlets, making recharging a hassle; it wasn’t cleaned at all, our garbage overflowed and I had to make the bed; we were out of the room for many hours without a chance to clean while the pet stayed inside; the large sectional sofa was comfortable but there was no table to put things on, so balancing items felt awkward; overall we were disappointed with how the room was managed.

“Great location and rooms.”

The room was quite nice, though the shower/toilet area was very small; I loved having the desk and counter for coffee, even though we didn’t make any; the mattress was comfy; breakfast was about a 3 out of 5, but for free it was good enough.
